Return Process

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the batteries or chargers in their original retail packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

    Ship the Product

    Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our designated returns center; please note that shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
